Domuslift ® Your Personal Elevator for houses and apartments
Domuslift is the personal elevator designed to meet the requirements of vertical mobility in private buildings. It is the ideal solution for elderly and disabled people, allowing them to move independently and free from the stairs.

Domuslift is user-friendly and functional. It can be quickly installed, takes up little space and requires minimal maintenance. It is user-friendly and silent.

Domuslift can be connected to a dedicated 230 volt electrical outlet and the installation requires limited masonry work. The documentation and planning permission required for the installation are simplified.

Domuslift's careful design allows installation in any kind of new or existing building. It guarantees the best aesthetic solution and enhances and decorates houses, shops and offices without any problem regarding the architectural structure.

Superdomus® Elevator with reduced pit and headroom Designed for existing buildings
The dimensions of the pit and headroom are smaller than on conventional elevators. The elevator complies with prEN 81-21 harmonised standard, specifically dedicated to new elevators in existing buildings. The equipment was designed to reduce the shaft dimensions whilst the car dimensions remain unchanged.

Certified models include a wide range of flexible options: load, car dimensions and finishes, landing and car doors dimensions and types. The hydraulic power unit, the control panel, and the power supply and lighting switches are set inside a cabinet with reduced dimensions, rather than in a dedicated machineroom.

Cabinet dimensions: 950 mm (W) x 400 mm (D) x 1850 mm (H).

The elevator is provided with all the necessary devices for simple and safe maintenance.

NZ disability regulations state that new elevators installed in existing buildings with public areas must have a minium floor area of 1400x1000mm and be fitted with automatic opening doors of 900mm minimum width.
