We acknowledge that not all elevator/ escalator systems or building owners have the same requirements. Whether you need weekly, monthly or quarterly service, we can customise a maintenance agreement that will suit your specific needs.
Our service technicians carry Smart phones which they use for recording details of service visits and breakdowns. Historical data and notes on each elevator or escalator unit can be accessed immediately. This is helpful for rapidly diagnosing faults, planning details of scheduled maintenance visits and assisting clients with requests about specific units.
On completion of the working day, the service records are synchronized with a central database which sorts and matches records to the appropriate client and building. These records are uploaded to the EET website. You are then notified by e-mail of any new entries to your database. You can go online and access your service records at a convenient time.
